Return Policy

As a UK-based e-commerce retailer, VĪSIÓ adheres to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide you with certain cancellation rights for online purchases:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without needing to provide a reason. To cancel, notify us via visioco97@gmail.com.

Once cancellation is confirmed, you have an additional 14 days to return the items. Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

This includes losses that are reasonably foreseeable as a direct consequence of our failure to comply.
